Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial programs and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion (from oder to cash).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and trends in the berry industry.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and customers to align program activities and expectations.
  • Monitor program performance and KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of commercial programs and processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Candidate Profile

Experience Matters: Proven track record in project management, process design and implementation. You’ve got the know-how to evaluate and develop systems that drive efficiency. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the fresh produce or agricultural industry.

Global Perspective: Beyond regional boundaries, you’ll connect with global process owners and other stakeholders, but also senior leaders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
